上消化道出血患者中优质护理模式的应用

Application of High-quality Nursing Model in Patients with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探究优质护理应用于上消化道出血患者中的临床价值。方法本院消化内科2018年1月至2019年1月收治的上消化道出血患者98例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各49例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以优质护理,对比两组住院时间、住院费用、焦虑评分、抑郁评分及健康知识知晓率差异。结果观察组住院时间及住院费均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组健康知识知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上消化道出血患者应用优质护理模式,患者康复速度快,经济负担轻。

Objective To explore the clinical value of high-quality nursing for patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,98 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital.According to the random table method,they were divided into two groups,49 cases each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received high-quality nursing.The hopitalization time,hospitalization cost,anxiety score,depression score and health knowledge awareness rate were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and the hospitalization cost in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).anxiety scores and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).The number of health knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can recover quickly and the economic burden is light.
