细节护理管理在传染性疾病患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Detailed Nursing Management in the Nursing of Patients with Infectious Diseases

目的探讨细节护理管理在传染性疾病患者护理中的应用效果。方法将2017年1~12月我院收治的200例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组100例,对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者增加细节护理管理措施,对比两组患者的护理满意度及护理质量。结果观察组护理态度评分为(8.58±0.79)分、护理技能评分为(9.23±0.51)分、健康宣教评分为(9.35±0.58)分、病区管理评分为(9.54±0.33)分,高于对照组的(6.98±0.65)分、(8.02±0.74)分、(8.22±0.34)分、(7.98±0.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总满意度为95.00%,对照组为77.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在传染性疾病患者护理过程中实施细节护理管理措施的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者因疾病原因产生的不良情绪,增加患者的治疗依从性,提高患者满意度。

Objective To study the effect of detailed nursing management in the nursing of patients with infectious diseases.Methods A total of 200 patients from January 2017 to December 2017 were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 100 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group were given more detailed nursing management measures.The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing attitude score of the observation group was(8.58±0.79)points,the nursing skill score was(9.23±0.51)points,the health education score was(9.35±0.58)points,and the ward management score was(9.54±0.33)points,which was higher than the scores of the control group were(6.98±0.65)points,(8.02±0.74)points,(8.22±0.34)points,(7.98±0.56)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95.00%and that of the control group was 77.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of detailed nursing management measures in the nursing process of patients with infectious diseases has significant clinical effects,which can effectively improve patients'bad mood due to diseases,increase patient compliance with treatment,and improve patient satisfaction.
