Impact of Risk Management on Quality of Nursing in Cardiovascular Department

目的探究风险管理对心血管科护理质量的影响。方法选取我院心血管科收治的200例患者作为研究对象,时间为2018年6月至2019年6月,根据临床前瞻性研究原则,采用掷币随机法,将其分为对照组(n=100,给予常规护理管理)和观察组(n=100,在对照组基础上给予风险管理)。对比两组护理质量。结果在病区管理、操作规范、服务态度、护理满意度这4项护理质量指标上,观察组评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组发生护理风险事件、护理投诉、医疗纠纷的比率均低于对照组,观察组护理表扬率则明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论风险管理应用于心血管科,可有效降低护理风险发生率及投诉率,提升护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of risk management on the quality of nursing in cardiovascular department.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,200 patients in cardiovascular department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of clinical prospective study,they were divided into two groups by coin tossing random method,100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given risk management on control group.Compared the two groups of nursing quality.Results The scores of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group in the four nursing quality indicators of ward management,operation criteria,service attitude and nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).The rate of nursing risk events,nursing complaints and medical disputes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the rate of nursing praise in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management in cardiology department can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risks and complaints and improve the quality of nursing.
