4种常用杀蟑胶饵的连锁灭蟑效果研究 被引量:5

Laboratory study on chain-killing efficacy of four gel baits

摘要 【目的】研究1%毒死蜱、0.05%氟虫腈、2.15%吡虫啉和0.5%呋虫胺等4种市售常见的杀蟑胶饵对德国小蠊的快速杀蟑和连锁灭蟑效果,为灭蟑工作的药物选用提供依据。【方法】参照GB/T 13917.7—2009《农药登记用卫生杀虫剂室内药效试验及评价第7部分:饵剂》对4种杀蟑胶饵的室内药效进行3次连锁灭蟑试验,第1次使用室内药效试验毒杀的虫尸喂食,其后每次连锁试验取食上一次连锁毒杀的虫尸。采用DPS V9.01软件计算每次试验半数死亡时间(LT_(50))及其95%置信限和毒理回归方程,并计算不同LT_(50)间的比值及其95%置信限。【结果】1%毒死蜱胶饵室内药效试验的LT_(50)为0.745 5(0.603 4~0.890 3)d,连锁1、2、3次试验的LT_(50)增长倍数依次为3.30、2.18和2.76倍。0.05%氟虫腈胶饵室内药效试验的LT_(50)为0.846 5(0.464 7~1.228 0)d,连锁1、2、3次试验的LT_(50)增长倍数为5.42、2.09和1.48倍。2.15%吡虫啉胶饵室内药效试验的LT_(50)为3.192 1(2.865 0~3.506 0)d,连锁1、2、3次试验的LT_(50)增长倍数为1.13、1.65和1.15倍。0.5%呋虫胺胶饵室内药效试验的LT_(50)为0.997 1(0.805 8~1.191 6)d,连锁1、2、3次试验的LT_(50)增长倍数为3.85、1.37和1.78倍。【结论】室内药效试验1%毒死蜱、0.05%氟虫腈和0.5%呋虫胺优于2.15%吡虫啉胶饵;2.15%吡虫啉和0.5%呋虫胺胶饵连锁灭蟑效果优于1%毒死蜱和0.05%氟虫腈胶饵。综合速效和持效结果推荐0.5%呋虫胺胶饵用于灭蟑。 [Objective]To study the first-time killing efficacy and the chain-killing efficacy of four gel baits against Blattella germanica:1%chlorpyrifos,0.05%fipronil,2.15%imidacloprid,and 0.5%dinotefuran and provide a basis for drug selection in controlling Blattella germanica.[Methods]Laboratory killing efficacy test was conducted according to the national standard GB/T 13917.7-2009 and the chain-killing efficacy test was conducted for three rounds.The first round of chain efficacy test was conducted by feeding the cockroaches killed in the laboratory efficacy test,and each next round by feeding the cockroaches killed in the last round.Median lethal time(LT 50),95%confidence limit,and toxicological regression equation of each test were calculated by software DPS V9.01.[Results]The LT 50 of the efficacy test with 1%chlorpyrifos gel bait was 0.7455(0.6034-0.8903)d.The LT 50 of the first,second and third chain experiments increased by 3.30,2.18 and 2.76 times,respectively.The LT 50 of the efficacy test with 0.05%fipronil gel bait was 0.8465(0.4647-1.2280)d,and increased by 5.42,2.09 and 1.48 times,respectively,in the first,second and third chain experiments.The LT 50 of the efficacy test with 2.15%imidacloprid gel bait was 3.1921(2.8650-3.5060)d,and increased by 1.13,1.65 and 1.15 times,respectively in the first,second and third chain experiments.The LT 50 of the efficacy test with 0.5%dinotefuran gel bait was 0.9971(0.8058-1.1916)d,and increased by 3.85,1.37 and 1.78 times,respectively in the first,second and third chain experiments.[Conclusion]In the laboratory killing efficacy test,1%chlorpyrifos,0.05%fipronil,and 0.5%dinotefuran gel baits are better than 2.15%imidacloprid gel bait.In the chain-killing efficacy test,2.15%imidacloprid and 0.5%dinotefuran gel baits are better than 1%chlorpyrifos and 0.05%fipronil gel baits.Based on our results,we recommend the use of 0.5%dinotefuran gel bait for comprehensive and sustained killing effect.
