汉语国际推广中最关键的因素之一是教师,汉语教师本土化培养是解决教师问题的有效途径。英国知山大学孔子学院在本土汉语教师培养中,尝试汉语师范专业培养模式、研究生教育证书培养模式、“校直培”培养模式、孔子学院奖学金培养模式以及汉语国际教育硕士/本硕联合培养模式,为英国本土汉语教师培养模式的构建提供了可供借鉴的经验。总结本土汉语教师培养经验,探索本土汉语教师培养模式,对于国际汉语教育持续稳定的发展具有重要的意义。

One of the most critical factors in the international promotion of Chinese is teachers.The fundamental way to solve teachers'problems lies in localization.Regarding the training of local Chinese teachers,the following tentative modes are utilized by the Confucius Institute at Edge Hill University in Britain:Chinese teacher major training mode,the graduate education certificate training mode,the"school direct"training mode,the Confucius Institute scholarship training mode,and the Chinese International Education Master/School Masters Joint Training Mode.The application of those modes provides a reference for the construction of a Chinese language teacher training mode in Britain.Summarizing the local Chinese teacher training experience and exploring the local Chinese teacher training mode is of great significance for the sustained and stable development of international Chinese education.
