高职院校推进项目建设过程中存在的问题与对策——以S学院为例

Problems and Countermeasures in the Process of Promoting Project Construction in Vocational Colleges—Taking S College as an Example

高等职业教育良好的发展态势,离不开项目建设这个强有力的抓手。但项目推进缓慢、存量资金规模巨大也是当前困扰广大高职院校的普遍问题。本文通过对S学院2019年化解存量资金、推进项目建设过程中存在的问题进行分析,从高校财务管理视角提出了具体对策。

The current good development trend of higher vocational education is inseparable from the powerful grasp of project construction.However,the slow progress of the project and the huge scale of stock funds are also common problems that currently plague the majority of vocational colleges.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the process of dissolving the stock funds and promoting the project construction of the S college in 2019,specific solutions are proposed from the perspective of college financial management.
