Notice registration system plays an important role in the real right system.It preserves the claim right of the bond and grants the exclusive effect in the property law,aiming at the creditor's claim right at the change of real property right.Notice registration system is of great significance in ensuring the security and order of real estate transactions.In face of these deficiencies,we could use the comparative method to study the effect of real estate notice registration.We could study the effect of power preservation,power order preservation,bankruptcy protection and early warning effect,so as to help us choose and improve the registration effect mode,and refine the notice registration in China.The regulation of the validity of real right is believed to fulfill its function and promote the establishment of a unified and perfect real estate registration system.
