On the Necessity of the Transformation of the Rule of Law in Community Grid Governance

在全面推进依法治国,推进法治国家、法治政府、法治社会一体建设,实现国家治理体系和能力现代化的背景下,社区网格化治理法治化转型有其必要性。党和国家的政策对社区网格化治理法治化有明确指示,网格化治理法治化转型是中国特色社会主义治理体系的本质要求。社区网格化治理法治化转型的必要性,还在于它与基层法治社会和法治政府的建设具有内在的统一性,从整体而言,后两者是目标,前者是具体路径。

Under the background of comprehensively advancing the rule of law,advancing the construction of a country ruled by law,a government ruled by law,and a society ruled by law,and realizing the modernization of the national governance system and capabilities,the rule of law transformation of community grid governance is therefor necessary.However,the legal norms are lacking in the system,even though the party and state policies have clear instructions for the legalization of the governance and the legal transformation of it is the essential requirement of the socialist governance system with Chinese characteristics.The necessity of the transformation of the governance to rule of law lies in its inherent unity with the construction of a grassroots rule of law society and a rule of law government.On the whole,the latter two are the goals,and the former is the specific path.
