This article analyzes the application conditions,working principles,application characteristics,and organizational processes of the telephone blocking method.Through the research of the increase of the number of proofreading,the delay of the instruction time,the strength of mutual control management,the simplification of the content of the order,the increase of the number of order documents,and the standard of the content presentation methods and other contents,the article aims at improving the stability of urban rail transit operation and improving the optimization and management of driving organization.
