摘要
为提高堰塞湖防灾减灾技术水平,对堰塞湖灾害应急处置的成功经验进行归纳与总结,分析了滑坡型、崩塌型、泥石流型堰塞湖的典型特点。同时,对相关工程案例进行统计分析,全面总结梳理了堰塞湖应急处置工程措施的经验,并分析了堰塞湖应急处置技术发展趋势。结果表明:(1)堰塞湖应急处置工程措施一般分为自然过流、湖水排泄、爆破处置、固堰成坝及其他措施;(2)今后需加强对堰塞湖应急处置技术研究系统化,工程抢险处置技术手段高效化,开渠引流冲刷措施风险可控化,堰塞湖排水疏通技术装备成套化方面的研究。
In order to improve and heighten technology level of disaster prevention and mitigation,this paper re⁃viewed and summarized successful experience in emergency disposal of barrier lakes.Typical characteristics of bar⁃rier lakes caused by landslide,rockfall and debris flow were investigated and analyzed.Besides,we summarized en⁃gineering measures for the emergency disposal of barrier lakes on the basis of relevant engineering cases.Also,tech⁃nology development trend was forecasted.The results indicated that engineering measures for the emergency dispos⁃al of barrier lakes were classified into overflowing naturally,lake water discharge,blasting disposal,dam body rein⁃forcing and other methods.More efforts should be devoted in the following aspects,systematization of barrier lakes emergency disposal research,high-efficiency engineering measures,risk control of drainage scouring and integra⁃tion of technical equipment of lake water discharge.
