摘要
提出了一种投资最优的可靠性指标空间分解模型及其解法。将全网可靠性指标与各个区域与供电可靠性有关的4个具体业务指标建立关联关系,实现可靠性指标的空间分解,从而构建目标函数并列出约束方程。计算各区域业务指标每减少相应时户数所需的成本,在全网范围内按照各区域各指标成本效益比从低到高的顺序确定投资顺序,从而求解该模型。通过算例对比分析表明,本文提出的投资最优的可靠性指标空间分解模型及其解法是非常有效的,能够减少冗余投资,克服了以往确定各个区域可靠性提升目标时的盲目性,有利于可靠性的精细化管理以及精准投资。
A spatial decomposition model and solution of reliability index based on investment optimization are proposed.Associate the reliability indicators of the entire network with the four specific business indicators related to power supply reliability in each region.Realize the spatial decomposition of the reliability index,so as to construct the objective function and list the constraint equations.Calculate the cost of each regional business index for each corresponding reduction in the number of households,and determine the investment sequence in the order of low to high cost-efficiency ratio of each index in each region within the entire network to solve the model.The comparative analysis through calculation examples shows that the space decomposition model and its solution of reliability index based on investment optimization proposed in this paper is effective,it can reduce redundant investment,overcome the blindness when determining the reliability improvement target of each region,and is conducive to reliability refined management and precise investment.
