输电线路工程施工过程可视化管理应用及展望

摘要 输电线路工程建设往往具有施工规模大、牵涉单位多、施工工序杂等特点,现有的电网输电线路工程施工过程管理模式多以人工管控、定期逐层上报为主,特别是针对进度的精细化化管控困难,且信息化管控手段欠缺。结合乌东德配套送出工程(广州段)施工过程,对工程中运用的施工进度的精细化、施工过程的可视化管控技术进行介绍,通过提高工程施工现场进度信息获取能力,建立从进度数据采集、上报、可视化管控的全过程施工进度管理应用,为后续同类工程施工过程精细化管理提供实践依据。 The construction of transmission line projects often has the characteristics of large construction scale,multiple units involved,and complicated construction procedures.The existing construction process management mode of power grid transmission line engineering is mostly manual control and periodic reporting layer by layer,especially for the difficulty of refinement of progress rate and lack of informational management methods.Combined with the construction process of the Wudongde supporting delivery project(Guangzhou section),this paper introduces the refinement of construction schedule and visual control technology of construction process.By improving the ability to obtain progress information on the construction site,the paper suggests establishing the entire construction schedule management application from schedule data collection,reporting,and visualization management to provide a practical basis for the refined management of the subsequent construction process of similar projects.
