电动汽车充电设施电击防护措施

ElectricShock Protection Measures for Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities

摘要 介绍了电动汽车充电过程可能出现的电击点及相应的接触电压值,分析了适用于充电机整流电路的RCD类型,对IEC标准中B型剩余电流动作保护器、RDC-DD剩余直流电流辅助装置的分断能力与人体电击电流耐受能力进行了比较。提出了当前条件下直流剩余电流动作保护器仅适用于电动汽车正极电压充电的环境,阐述了现阶段电动汽车充电过程中的相关电击防护措施。 The electric shock points and the corresponding contact voltage values in the charging process of electric vehicles are introduced,and the residual current operated protective device(RCD)types for the rectifier circuit of chargers are analyzed.The breaking ability of B-type RCD and RDC-DD residual direct current auxiliary device in IEC standard is compared with the human body’s electric shock current tolerance ability.The DC residual current protector is only suitable for charging the positive voltage of electric vehicles at present,and the related electric shock protection measures in the charging process of electric vehicles at present are expounded.
