摘要
目的观察红活麻提取物对SD大鼠肾性水肿模型的肾脏保护作用及其可能机制。方法构建肾性水肿模型,通过药物灌胃治疗后,观察各组大鼠血清白蛋白(ALB)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、白介素1β(IL-1β)、极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(T-CHO)、丙二醛(MDA)等指标。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清中ALB、IL-1β明显下降(P<0.01),BUN、SCr、LDL-C、HDL-C、TG、T-CHO、MDA明显增加(P<0.01);低中剂量组血清ALB含量较模型组增加(P<0.05),低中高BUN、SCr含量较模型组降低(P<0.05);中高剂量组血清IL-1β含量较模型组明显增加(P<0.05),HDL-C、T-CHO含量较模型组降低(P<0.05),治疗低、中、高剂量组血清中TG含量明显降低(P<0.01),低剂量组IL-1β、HDL-C、TCHO及低、中、高剂量组VLDL-C,MDA差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论红活麻提取物对SD大鼠肾性水肿模型有很好的治疗效果,其机制可能是红活麻提取物通过促进肾小球结构的修复,减少白蛋白的排泄,达到消肿的效果;降低血脂,改变血液高凝状态,减轻肾脏负担,从而改善肾功能;抑制脂质过氧化,减少MDA,达到肾脏保护作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of extract of Laportea bulbifera on renal edema model in SD rats,and to explore the protective effect of Laportea bulbifera on kidney and its possible mechanism.Methods After establishing the model of renal edema,the serum levels of Albumin(ALB),Blood Urea Nitrogen(BUN),Serum Creatinine(SCr),Interleukin-1beta(IL-1β),Very Low Lensity Lipoprotein(VLDL-C),Low Density Lipoprotein(LDL-C),Hight Density Lipoprotein(HDL-C),Triglyceride(TG),Total Cholesterol(T-CHO)and Malondialdehyde(MDA)were observed in each group.Results:Compared with the normal group,ALB and IL-1βin serum of the model group were significantly decreased(P<0.01).BUN,SCr,LDL-C,HDL-C,TG,T-CHO and MDA were significantly increased(P<0.01).The contents of ALB in the low and medium dose group were higher than those in the model group(P<0.05).BUN and SCr in the low,medium and high dose groups were higher than those in the model group(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the content of IL-1βin the middle and high dose group was significantly higher than that in the model group(P<0.05).The content of HDL-C and T-CHO in the middle and high dose group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.05).The serum TG content in the low dose group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-1β,HDL-C,and T-CHO in the low dose group and VLDL-C and MDA in the low,middle and high dose groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The extract of Laportea bulbifera has a good therapeutic effect on SD rat model of renal edema.The mechanism may be that the extractive of Laportea bulbifera can reduce the excretion of albumin by promoting the repair of glomerular structure and achieving the effect of detumescence.It can help reduce blood lipids,change the state of blood hypercoagulability and reduce the burden on the kidneys to improve kidney function and achieve renal protection by inhibiting lipid peroxidation and reducing MDA.
