摘要
2012年以来,刘家梁煤矿针对瓦斯治理技术单一的现状,强化5#煤层预抽瓦斯治理,按照"先抽后采,以风定产,监测监控" 方针,采用抽出式中央分区式通风,在底抽巷区域使用全负压"E"和"U"通风系统,用瓦斯抽查分支器、封固力封孔提升抽采效果,实施区域瓦斯治理技术,达到了预期效果,为煤矿瓦斯治理提供了实践依据。
Since 2012,Liujialiang Coal Mine has strengthened pre-pumping gas control in 5#coal seam in view of the single gas control technology.According to the policy of"pumping before mining,determining production by wind,monitoring and controlling",it adopted the extraction-type central zoned ventilation,using full negative pressure"E"and"U"ventilation systems in the bottom roadway area.The drainage effect is improved by using gas random branch devices and sealing force hole sealing,and the regional gas control technology is implemented,which achieves the expected effect and provides a practical basis for gas control in coal mine.
