元坝气田批处理作业缓蚀剂加注口临时泄放装置研制及应用

摘要 针对元坝气田目前加注缓蚀剂存在管线超压爆管的安全风险、缓蚀剂泄露的环境风险等问题,研制了一种缓蚀剂加注口临时泄放装置,实现了对加注管线实时压力冗余监测,避免超压,增加安全措施,还具备人工泄放的机构和计量、减震、过滤等辅助功能,尽可能减少了环境污染,并合理收集了部分缓蚀剂,提高了企业经济效益。 In view of the safety risk of pipeline overpressure explosion and environmental risk of corrosion inhibitor leakage in Yuanba gas field,a temporary relief device for corrosion inhibitor filling port was developed,which realized real-time pressure redundant monitoring of filling pipeline,avoided overpressure and increased safety measures.It also had manual relief mechanism and auxiliary functions such as metering,shock absorption and filtration,which reduced environmental pollution as much as possible,reasonably collected some corrosion inhibitors and improved economic benefits of enterprises.
