摘要
对塞拉利昂职业教育的发展现状进行实证调查,结果表明:内战结束后塞拉利昂政府对于推动职业教育发展的内驱力不断增强,然而需要解决的发展困境来自政策环境、资金投入、师资水平、硬件条件、质量认证、实习机会、就业渠道等多个方面。全面了解塞拉利昂职业教育的发展现状,有助于为推进中塞两国职业教育合作提供现实依据和政策建议。
Based on an empirical survey,this paper summarizes the development status of vocational education in Sierra Leone.The research reveals that after the end of the civil war,the internal driving force of the Sierra Leone government to promote the development of vocational education has been continuously strengthened.However,the development difficulties to be solved come from the policy environment,capital investment,teacher level,hardware facilities,quality certification,internship opportunities,employment channels,etc.A comprehensive understanding of vocational educational development status in Sierra Leone helps to provide realistic basis and policy suggestions for promoting vocational education cooperation between China and Sierra Leone.
