教育是兴国安邦之基,也是修身齐家之本。王阳明以为世之不治,在于学之不明,始终认为教育、教化既是摆脱“世之不治”的不二法宝,更是攻克“心中之贼”的一把利剑,并在长期实践中总结了重在开导、启迪、得悟的教学经验,形成了“启迪童蒙”“学不躐等”“解化悟得”“因人而异”等讲学授课方法。这些教育理念、讲学方法,对于发展素质教育、教化育人,仍然具有积极的借鉴意义。

Education is not only the foundation of rejuvenating and stablizing a country,but also the foundation of self-cultivation and regulation the family.Wang Yangming thought that the unknown learning accounted for the ungoverned world,and he always believed that education was the only magic weapon to get rid of"the ungoverned world"as well as a sword to conquer the"negative thoughts in the mind".What’s more,in the long-term practice he summed up the teaching experience of enlightenment and formed the teaching methods of"enlightenment of children","learning without enlightenment","understanding of enlightenment"and"varying from person to person".And these educational ideas and teaching methods,for today's development of quality-oriented education,still have a positive learning and reference meaning.
