基于扎根理论的沉浸体验研究--以中老年麻将休闲为例

摘要 “休闲”“娱乐”“体验”已成为继衣食住行之后重要的生活理念,休闲的形式也逐渐丰富。麻将,作为一项源远流长的休闲活动,在中老年群体中起着重要的作用。从休闲消费视角,尝试运用扎根理论方法,以中老年群体为对象探究麻将休闲中沉浸体验的作用机制。研究发现,有约束和控制的沉浸体验能够为中老年群体带来幸福体验。 Nowadays,"leisure""entertainment"and"experience"have become important life concepts after the food,clothing,housing and transportation,and the form of leisure has gradually enriched.Mahjong,as a long.-established leisure activity,plays an important role among the middle-aged and elderly population.From the perspective of leisure consumption,this paper attempts to use the grounded theory method to explore the mechanism of the immersive experience when the middle aged and elderly groups play mah-jong.The study found that restrained and controlled leisure can bring happy experience to middle-aged and elderly people.This paper focuses on the experience and emotional changes of middle aged and elderly groups for management and corporate marketing activities,giving enlightenment to humanistic care for middle-aged and elderly groups.
