加强临床路径精细化管理 持续推进公立医院改革

Strengthen the delicacy management of clinical pathway to promote the reform in public hospitals

临床路径是一种现代化的质量效益型医疗管理模式,具有规范临床诊疗行为,提高医疗质量和医疗安全,控制医疗成本,优化服务流程,对推进我国公立医院改革具有巨大的实践价值和发展潜力。但是,在其推广和发展的过程中,也存在一些问题。因此,临床路径应该是以提升医院整体管理水平为目标的管理模式,必须从临床路径本身的设计、医院管理、政策环境等方面作出努力,才可能充分发挥其潜在优势。

As a modern quality-benefit medical management model,Clinical Pathway(CP)could standardize clinical diagnosis and treatment in order to improve medical quality,guarantee medical safety,control medical cost and optimize service processes.It has enormous value of realizing and potential development in the Reform of Public Hospitals.But at the same time,there are some problems in the promotion and development process.Therefore,the goal of clinical pathway is a management mode to upgrade the overall management in hospitals,which should perfect constantly the CP,strengthen hospital management and improve policy environment to make full use of the CP.
