新冠肺炎疫情下基于云数据的临床教学病案数据平台的构建与应用

目的探讨在新冠肺炎疫情下,结合临床医学教学手段现代化快速发展的环境下,建立具有整体性、及时性、高效的基于云数据的临床教学病案数据平台,对解决多个学科数据平台分散和多样化问题、理论知识与临床实际应用接轨的问题及跨学科教师备课建设数据平台难的问题的重要作用。方法通过对我国高等医学院校及附属医院采用的临床教学病案数据平台现状分析,结合专家咨询,反复论证,整合病案数据资源、进行病案数据标准化建设。结果借助在“互联网+教育”的平台上,设计出具有图文并茂、实时动态、互动性强、数据分析手段多样的临床教学病案数据平台,其具有实用性、便捷性、实时性、参与性高的优势。结论构建出基于云数据临床教学病案数据平台,将有效促进教学资源的共享,助力高校建设完善的专业及课程体系,保证人才培养质量,为创新、科研提供有力保障。

Objective Investigate the establishment of a comprehensive,timely and efficient clinical teaching medical record database based on cloud data in the modern and rapid development of medical teaching methods nowadays,it plays an important role in solving the problems of the dispersion and diversification of multiple discipline databases,the integration of theoretical knowledge with clinical practical applications,and the difficulty of interdisciplinary teachers preparing lessons to build databases.Methods Through the analysis of the current status of the clinical teaching medical record database adopted by Chinese medical colleges and affiliated hospitals,combined with expert consultation,repeated demonstrations,the integration of medical record data resources,and the standardization of medical record data.Results With the help of the Internet+education platform,a clinical teaching medical record database with pictures and texts,real-time dynamics,strong interaction,and diverse data analysis methods is designed,which has the advantages of practicality,convenience,real-time,and high participation.Conclusion Constructing a platform based on cloud data clinical teaching medical record database will effectively promote the sharing of teaching resources,help colleges and universities build a complete professional and curriculum system,ensure the quality of talent training,and provide a strong guarantee for innovation and scientific research.
