缺血性脑卒中患者急救中院前急救与院内急救联合模式的应用分析

Application analysis of combined mode of pre hospital first aid and in hospital first aid for patients with ischemic stroke

目的研究缺血性脑卒中患者急救中院前急救与院内急救联合模式的应用效果。方法研究对象为2018年6月—2020年1月收治的100例缺血性脑卒中患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组各50例;对照组选用常规急救模式,研究组选用院前急救与院内急救联合模式;比较两组就诊到达、评估、接诊、急救、转送时间与48 h抢救有效率、并发症(消化道出血、深静脉血栓、偏瘫后遗症、脑疝、肺部感染)发生率。结果研究组较对照组就诊到达、评估、接诊、急救、转送时间更短,48 h抢救有效率更高,并发症发生率更低,各项指标对比均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者急救中院前急救与院内急救联合模式的应用效果显著,可缩短院前、院内急救时间,提升抢救有效率,并减少并发症。

Objective To study the application effect of combined mode of pre hospital first aid and in hospital first aid for patients with ischemic stroke.Methods The subjects of the study were 100 patients with ischemic stroke admitted from June 2018 to January 2020.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 50 cases in each group;the control group used conventional first aid mode to study The pre-hospital emergency and in-hospital emergency combined mode was used in the group;the arrival,evaluation,reception,first aid,and transfer time of the two groups were compared with the 48-hour rescue efficiency,complications(gastrointestinal hemorrhage,deep vein thrombosis,sequelae of hemiplegia,cerebral hernia,Lung infection).Results Compared with the control group,the study group had shorter time for arrival,assessment,reception,first aid and transfer,higher 48 h rescue efficiency and lower incidence of complications,and the comparison of various indicators was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the combined mode of pre hospital emergency and in hospital emergency treatment for patients with ischemic stroke is significant,which can shorten the time of pre hospital and in hospital first aid,improve the rescue efficiency and reduce the complications.
