新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下应届毕业生心理健康状况及其影响因素分析

Analysis of mental health status and influencing factors of fresh graduates under the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下应届毕业生心理健康状况及其影响因素,为应届毕业生的心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法随机选取309名应届毕业生,选用一般资料调查表、焦虑自评量表以及抑郁自评量表进行调查。结果309名应届毕业生焦虑情绪检出率为22.33%,抑郁情绪检出率为45.63%,单因素分析有意义的变量进行多元回归分析发现是否为独生子女、是否找到工作和身体状况是应届毕业生产生焦虑情绪的危险因素(P<0.05),而专业类型、是否找到工作和身体状况是应届毕业生产生抑郁情绪的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下应届毕业生焦虑和抑郁情绪较高,而是否为独生子女、是否找到工作以及身体状况是焦虑情绪的危险因素,提示高校及有关部门应关注应届毕业生身心健康状况以及就业情况;同时专业类型、是否找到工作以及身体状况是抑郁情绪的危险因素,提示高校及有关部门在关注应届毕业生身心健康状况及就业情况的同时还应向非医学专业应届毕业生普及新型冠状病毒肺炎相关知识及心理健康知识,进行有针对性的心理健康教育及干预。

Objective To explore the mental health status and its influencing factors of fresh graduates under covid-19 epidemic,and to provide reference for the mental health education of fresh graduates.Methods A total of 309 fresh graduates were randomly selected,including general information questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale.Results 309 graduate anxiety detection rate is 22.33%,the rate of depression is 45.63%,the single factor analysis of meaningful variables to multiple regression analysis find that whether the one-child,whether to find a job and health is a risk factor for the fresh graduates to produce anxiety(P<0.05),and professional type,whether to find a job and health is a risk factor for the fresh graduates to produce depression(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the covid-19 epidemic,the anxiety and depression of new graduates are higher,and whether they are the only child,whether they can find a job,and their physical condition are the risk factors for the anxiety,which suggests that colleges and universities and relevant departments should pay attention to the physical and mental health status and employment situation of new graduates.At the same time,the type of major,whether to find a job and the physical condition are risk factors for the occurrence of depression,suggesting that colleges and relevant departments should not only pay attention to the physical and mental health status and employment situation of this year’s graduates,but also popularize covid-19 related knowledge and mental health knowledge,and carry out targeted mental health education and intervention.
