临床药师参与1例糖尿病足感染患者的治疗过程,结合每日病情以及各类实验室检测结果,协助医师制订个体化用药方案,并根据药敏试验及时调整抗菌药物,患者病足明显好转。通过探讨临床药师协助医师解决用药问题的工作模式,分析临床药师在医疗活动中的重要性。

The clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment of a patient with diabetic foot infection.Based on the daily condition and the results of various laboratory tests,the doctors were assisted to formulate a plan of individualized medication.And according to the drug sensitivity test,the antibacterial drugs were adjusted in time.The situation of the patient’s infected foot was improved obviously.Through exploring the working mode of clinical pharmacists assisting doctors in solving medication problems,this paper analyzes the importance of clinical pharmacists in medical activities.
