发展壮大常州民营企业家队伍路径研究

Research on the Path of Developing and Enlarging the Contingent of Private Entrepreneurs in Changzhou

本文以2019年经济统计及问卷调查为依据,分析了常州民营经济的现状及存在的突出问题,重点聚焦常州民营经济发展中企业家队伍建设这一关键问题,从4个方面提出具有常州特色的民营企业家队伍建设策略。首先构筑利于培育民营企业家的成长平台,第二构建科学合理的民营企业家人才培育体系,第三建立健全民营企业家队伍运行保障机制,最后,探索具有常州特色的民营企业家队伍建设模式。这些对策可助力常州民营企业家更有效地进行企业治理,使民营企业家能在常州社会经济、企业文化建设中发挥更积极的作用。

Based on the economic statistics and questionnaire survey in 2019,this paper analyzes the current situation and outstanding problems of private economy in Changzhou.Focusing on the key issue of team building of entrepreneurs in the private economy development of Changzhou,it puts forward the strategy from four aspects,including building a growth platform that is conducive to cultivating private entrepreneurs,building a scientific and reasonable talent cultivation system for private entrepreneurs,establishing and improving the operation guarantee mechanism of private entrepreneurs,and exploring the construction mode of private entrepreneurs with Changzhou characteristics.These countermeasures can help Changzhou private entrepreneurs to conduct corporate governance more effectively,so that they can play a more active role in the construction of social economy and corporate culture of Changzhou.
