我国移动支付技术在城镇老年人群中使用现状研究——以J市为例

Research on the Current Situation of Mobile Payment Technology Used in Urban Elderly People in China———Taking J City as an Example

以J市为例,通过抽样社会调查的研究方法,对我国移动支付技术在城镇老年人群中的使用现状进行考察,分析了缺少移动支付设备、相对操作难度大、存在潜在使用风险等城镇老年人群使用移动支付技术的客观障碍,从改善生活方式和仍然存在消极情绪两个方面讨论了城镇老年人群使用移动支付技术的主要表现,指出应通过良好的社会支持和适合老年人群的智能通信设备设计,帮助老年人提高自信心和归属感、增加生活满意度、提升幸福感。

Taking J City as an example,through the research method of sampling social survey,this paper investigates the current situation of the use of mobile payment technology in urban elderly people in China,and analyzes the objective obstacles of the use of mobile payment technology in urban elderly people,such as the lack of mobile payment equipment,the relative difficulty of operation,and the potential risk of use.It discusses the main performance of urban elderly people using mobile payment technology from two aspects of improving lifestyle and still having negative emotions,and points out that good social support and intelligent communication device design suitable for the elderly should help the elderly improve their self-confidence and sense of belonging,increase their life satisfaction and enhance their sense of happiness.
