“双一流”建设背景下的高校图书馆知识产权信息服务

Intellectual Property Information Service of University Library Under the Background of"Double First-Class"Construction

本文选取12所获批国家知识产权信息服务中心的"双一流"高校图书馆作为研究对象,通过访问图书馆网站的方法,对知识产权信息服务的内容及开展情况进行分析和研究,提出我国高校图书馆可以通过重视推广、提高馆员知识产权服务能力、整合专利检索资源构建一站式服务平台、组建发展联盟并建立共同发展机制,切实做好知识产权信息服务的各项工作。

Taking twelve libraries in"double first-class"universities which have been approved as national intellectual property information service center as the research objects,the contents and development of intellectual property information service are analyzed and studied by visiting the library website in this paper.It is suggested that university libraries in China should pay attention to the promotion,improve the intellectual property service ability of librarians,integrate patent retrieval resources to build a one-stop service platform,establish alliances and a common development mechanism,so as to do a good job of intellectual property information service.
