花期低温对油茶生理生化指标的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以3~4年生长林系列下属无性系油茶为材料,应用人工气候箱开展低温胁迫控制试验,模拟3组不同低温条件和持续时间(12℃、8℃、4℃,分别以3级、2级、1级、0级对应光强14 h、2 h、2 h、6 h为周期光暗交替处理84 h,对照平均温度18.3℃),观测油茶花蕾绽放情况及生理生化指标的变化情况。结果表明:油茶花蕾绽放率随温度降低而减少,落花落蕾率随温度降低反而增加。随着低温强度和持续时间的不断增加,MDA和Pro含量也随之增加,POD酶活性减少,SOD酶活性呈现先增后降的趋势。 The 3~4 years old clone Camellia oleifera was used as the material,and the low temperature stress experiment was carried out by artificial climate boxes.Three groups of different low temperature conditions and durations(12℃,8℃and 4℃)were simulated.Level 3 of light intensity of 14 h,level 2 of light intensity of 2 h,level 0 of light intensity of 6 h,and level 1 of light intensity of 2 h were used as cycles,and the light dark alternating treatment was conducted for 84 h.The average temperature of the control was 18.3℃.The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of Camellia oleifera were observed.The results showed that the rate of flower drop and bud drop showed an increasing trend,and the proportion of new and final flower bud blooming showed a decreasing trend with the decrease of experimental temperature.With the increase of low temperature intensity and duration,the content of MDA and Pro in leaves showed a trend of increasing.POD enzyme activity showed a trend of decreasing,and SOD enzyme activity showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.
