玉木耳络氨酸酶基因的克隆及表达分析 被引量:1

摘要 克隆获得了玉木耳络氨酸酶基因的全长cDNA序列,命名为Actyr。序列分析结果表明:其cDNA序列为1113 bp,编码371个氨基酸;相对分子量为41.11 kDa,等电点为7.64。亚细胞定位分析发现其定位于细胞质。qRT-PCR分析结果表明:Actyr基因的表达量在菌丝生长时期最低;随着玉木耳的生长发育,其表达量不断上升;到子实体直径为3 cm时,Actyr基因的表达量达到最高。 The full-length cDNA sequence of the tyrosinase gene was cloned and named Actyr.Sequence analysis showed that its cDNA sequence was 1113 bp,encoding 371 amino acid sequences.The relative molecular weight was 41.11 kDa,and isoelectric point was 7.64.Subcellular localization analysis found that it was localized in the cytoplasm.qRT-PCR analysis results showed that the expression level of Actyr gene was the lowest during the mycelial growth period.With the growth and development of Auricularia cornea,the expression level of Actyr gene increased continuously.When the fruiting body diameter was 3 cm,the expression level of Actyr gene reached the highest level.
