电铆焊焊孔间距对货车侧墙焊接变形的影响

摘要 针对货车侧墙采用电铆焊焊接时的变形控制问题,文中采用组合热源模型对电铆焊热源进行了模拟,并验证了模型的准确性,取适当的电铆焊接头并通过顺序热力耦合计算了其固有应变,利用固有应变通过弹塑性有限元法研究了焊孔间距对货车侧墙结构焊接变形的影响,并对模拟结果进行了验证。结果表明:在试件底板中央焊接变形最大,顶角位置的焊接变形最小;随着焊孔间距的增大,试件的焊接变形减小;模拟结果与试验结果吻合。 Aiming at controlling electric riveting welding deformation of the side wall of truck, It was used that combined heat source model to simulate the temperature field model in the paper. A proper electric riveting welded joint was selected and its inherent strain was calculated by using sequential thermal-mechanical coupling. On this basis, the influence of the welding hole spacing on the welding deformation of the side wall structure of the truck was studied by the elastic-plastic finite element method and the simulation results were verified. The results verified the rationality of the heat source model. It was concluded that the welding deformation in the center of the bottom plate of the test piece was the largest, and at the top corner position was the smallest. With the increase of the welding hole spacing, the deformation of the test piece decreased. The results were consistent.
