快速康复护理在腹腔镜脾切除结合断流术中的效果

Effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in laparoscopic splenectomy combined with devascularization

目的调查快速康复护理在腹腔镜脾切除结合断流术中的效果。方法将华中科技大学协和深圳医院2018年1月-2019年9月收治的40例行腹腔镜脾切除结合断流术患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各20例,对照组接受常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上接受快速康复护理干预。比较两组患者手术相关指标以及世界卫生组织生命质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)评分。结果两组术中出血量、手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后进食时间、肛门排气时间、发热天数、下床活动时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组WHOQOL-100量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理在行腹腔镜脾切除结合断流术患者中应用,可促进患者术后快速康复,提高患者生活质量,促使患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic splenectomy combined with devascularization. Methods Forty patients who underwent laparoscopic splenectomy combined with devascularization from January 2018 to September 2019 were divided into control group and study group with 20 cases in each group according to the random number method. The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the study group received rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The operation related indexes and the World Health Organization Quality of Life scale(WHOQOL-100)scores were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the amount of intraoperative blood loss and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05). The postoperative feeding time,anal exhaust time,fever days,outpatient activity time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of each latitude the WHOQOL-100 scales in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic splenectomy combined with devascularization could promote rapid recovery after surgery and improve the quality of life of patients,which promoted patients to recover as soon as possible.
