预见性护理在急性心肌梗死并发心律失常中的应用

Application of predictive nursing in acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia

目的探讨对急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者进行预见性护理的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年3月-2019年4月在高唐县人民医院进行治疗的86例急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者作为研究对象,所有患者根据入院治疗的先后顺序分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行预见性护理。对两组患者的心律失常复发率、住院时间以及患者的护理总满意率进行比较。结果观察组患者的护理总满意率高于对照组,心律失常复发率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中预见性护理对急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者应用效果明显,能够缩短患者住院时间,减少患者心律失常复发率,提高患者护理总满意率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of predictive nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia. Methods From March 2018 to April 2019,86 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia treated in Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission treatment with 43 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given predictive nursing on the basis of control group. The recurrence rate of arrhythmia,hospitalization time and nursing total satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the recurrence rate of arrhythmia was lower than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences above all were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In clinic,predictive nursing had a significant application effect on patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia,which could shorten the hospitalization time of patients,reduce the recurrence rate of arrhythmia,and improve the nursing satisfaction of rate patients. It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
