Research progress of rehabilitation nursing for patients with coronary heart disease

冠心病或缺血性心脏病,由于心脏动脉斑块的形成,导致心肌血流量减少,是最常见的心血管疾病,包括稳定型心绞痛、不稳定型心绞痛、心肌梗死和心源性猝死。常见的症状是胸痛或不适,可能蔓延到肩部、手臂、背部和颈部。近年来我国患有冠心病的人数较多,常发于年龄>40岁的男性群体,并且受到社会压力、不健康生活习惯及遗传等因素影响,导致该疾病具有年轻化的发展趋势,给患者身体健康与生命安全造成了极大的不良影响,所以人们需要对冠心病相关内容有更多的认识与了解,在身体察觉不适时可以尽快到医院做检查,确保疾病得到及时有效的诊断与治疗,提升疾病治愈率,降低患者死亡率。同时在患者疾病治疗期间给予其针对性的康复护理,有助于疾病康复时间的缩短。本文对近年来关于冠心病患者康复护理的内容进行了总结分析,可以为冠心病患者的康复护理提供参考。

Coronary heart disease or ischemic heart disease,due to the formation of heart artery plaque,leads to the reduction of myocardial blood flow. It is the most common cardiovascular disease. It includes stable angina,unstable angina,myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death. Common symptoms are chest pain or discomfort,which can spread to the shoulders,arms,back and neck. In recent years,there are a lot of people suffering from coronary heart disease in China. They are prone to occur in the male population over 40 years old,and they are affected by huge social pressure,unhealthy living habits and genetic factors,which lead to the development trend of the disease becoming younger and younger,and have a great adverse impact on the health and life safety of patients. Therefore,people need to know more about coronary heart disease,so as to go to the hospital for examination as soon as possible when the body is not aware of it,ensure the timely and effective diagnosis and treatment of the disease,improve the cure rate of the disease,reduce the death rate of the patient. At the same time,given targeted rehabilitation care during the treatment of the patient’s disease will help to shorten the time of disease recovery. Therefore,this paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant content of rehabilitation nursing of coronary heart disease patients in recent years,to provide reference for the follow-up rehabilitation nursing of coronary heart disease patients.
