家庭亲密度和适应性对晚期肝硬化患者的影响

Effects of family cohesion and adaptability on patients with advanced liver cirrhosis

目的在晚期肝硬化患者的治疗期间,对其家庭亲密度和适应性在治疗中的影响进行分析,以此为后期理论研究做指导。方法选取2017年2月-2019年2月天津市第二人民医院收治的家庭亲密度评分≥65分和适应性≥53分的晚期肝硬化患者50例为研究组,并选择同期的家庭亲密度评分<65分和适应性<53分的患者50例为对照组。对所有患者进行一对一问卷调查,向患者先说明研究目的,采用统一的指导语让其依据自身实际情况填写问卷,采用生活质量量表比较其组间生活质量评分。结果研究组实际家庭亲密度、适应性评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活及生活质量总分评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在晚期肝硬化患者的治疗过程中,尽量帮助患者提高家庭的亲密度和适应性,以此达到改善患者生活质量水平的目的。

Objective To analyze the influence of family cohesion and adaptability in the treatment of patients with advanced liver cirrhosis,so as to guide the theoretical research in the later period. Methods From February 2017 to February 2019,50 patients with advanced liver cirrhosis with family cohesion score above 65(inclusive) and adaptability above 53(inclusive) treated in Tianjin Second People’s Hospital were selected as the study group. Fifty patients with family cohesion scores below 65 and adaptability below 53 at the same period were the control group. A one-to-one questionnaire survey was conducted on all patients,explaining the purpose of the study to the patients first,using unified guidelines to allow them to fill out questionnaire based on their actual situation,and using the quality of life scale to compare the quality of life scores between groups. Results The actual family cohesion and adaptability scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,material life and quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with advanced liver cirrhosis,we should help them to improve the family cohesion and adaptability as far as possible,so as to achieve the application purpose of improving the quality of life of patients.
