医院医护一体化管理体系的构建研究

Research on the construction of integrated management system of doctors and nurses in hospital

目的观察分析医院医护一体化管理体系的构建。方法选取深圳市人民医院2018年2月-2019年2月180例住院患者资料,按照入院顺序分为研究组和对照组各90例,研究组应用医护一体化管理方法,对照组应用常规护理管理方法。统计分析两组住院患者的满意率、平均住院时间、并发症发生率、护理质量(基础性管理、病房管理以及重点环节管理等)评分。结果研究组住院患者满意率明显高于对照组,住院患者平均住院时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,基础性管理、病房管理以及重点环节管理等护理质量评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论构建医护一体化管理体系可明显提高患者的满意率,缩短住院时间、降低并发症发生率,同时能够提高护理工作人员的护理质量。

Objective To observe and analyze the construction of hospital integrated management system.Methods The general data of 180 hospitalized patients were collected in Shenzhen People’s Hospital during February 2018 to February 2019,which were divided into study group and control group with 90 patients for each,according to the order of admission. The patient in study group were applied with integrated management method of doctors and nurses and the patients in control group with routine care management method. The satisfaction rate,average time of hospital stay,complication rate,quality of care(basic management,ward management and key points management)of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The satisfaction rate of the inpatients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The average hospitalization time of the inpatients was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The incidence rate of complications was significantly lower than that in control group. The nursing quality scores of the study group’s basic management,ward management and key points management were significantly higher than those in the control group. All of the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The construction of integrated management system of doctors and nurses could significantly improve the satisfaction rate of patients,shorten the time of hospital stay,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the nursing quality.
