摘要
2020年1月底2号高炉炉缸开始出现严重侵蚀(炉缸侧壁温度陡升,热负荷最高达41123 kcal/m ^(2).h),通过采取临时控制冶炼强度、堵风口、钒钛炮泥护炉、提高冷却强度、调整气流分布等一系列护炉措施,使炉缸工作状态恢复正常,实现了炉役后期的安全生产及各项指标的改善。
At the end of January 2020,the hearth of BF 2#shown serious erosion(the temperature of hearth sidewall rises sharply,and the maximum heat load reaches 41,123 kcal/m ^(2).h).By adopting a series of furnace protection measures such as temporary control of smelting intensity,blockingtuyere,protecting furnace with vanadium titanium gun mud,improving cooling intensity and adjusting air flow distribution,the working state of hearth is restored to normal,and the safety production and improvement of various indexes in the later stage of furnace service are realized.
