ZDRH-3000智能润滑系统在国内属于一套较为成熟的自动供油装置,尤其在环境恶劣场所,以及人工不易加油的润滑点上起到关键作用。由于这种润滑系统可进行分组定时供油,且操作简单,参数设置清晰明了,所以在实际工作中一直有着不俗的表现,但是随着设备的老化,以及特殊地段的高温、导电性粉尘的影响,导致设备日常维护遇到不少挑战。本文将实际工作中所遇到的各种类型故障进行归纳分析,并制定应对策略,加快故障排查速度。

Intelligent lubrication system ZDRH-3000 is a set of mature automatic oil supply system in China,especially plays a key role in the harsh environment and the lubrication points which are not accessible for people.Thanks to the grouped oil supply at fixed time and simple operation as well as clear parameter setting,this system has a good performance in the actual application.However,with the aging of the equipment,and the impact of high temperature and conductive dust in special areas,there exist challenges in daily maintenance.In this paper,various faults encountered are summarized and analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures are made to enhance the speed of troubleshooting.
