摘要
炼钢、炼铁、球团、焦化等工序因排放物中的硫、磷等腐蚀性物质会对钢结构厂房、管道及设备等造成腐蚀、破坏,为延长其使用寿命,钢厂每年都要投入大量的财力,采取层层把关,严格材料的选用和施工、监督规范的落实,对钢结构、设备和管道等进行防腐保护。但在实际操作中,效果并不如意。为改善防腐的效果,降低成本,笔者通过自身的工作实践,对防腐施工项目中存在的一些痛点尝试进行探讨和建议。
The sulfur,phosphorus and other corrosive substances in the emissions from steel-making,iron-making,pelletizing,coking and other processes will cause corrosion and damage to the workshop steel structure,pipelines and equipment.In order to extend their service life,the steel plant has to invest a lot of financial resources every year,to carry out the anti-corrosion treatment of steel structure,equipment and pipelines with strictly control of material selection and supervision of the implementation.But in reality,the effect is not satisfying.In order to improve the effect of anti-corrosion and reduce the cost,the author,with site experiences,tries to discuss and presents suggestions to some pain points in the anti-corrosion treatment.
