摘要
在国家和区域保护主义盛行的当下,如何强化钢材供应链上下游的融合,提升供应链整体效率和效能,形成联合竞争力对外竞争,以产业数字化助推数字产业化,是迫切需要研究和推动的课题。本文阐述了研究的背景和意义,分析钢材供应链总持有成本构成,需求端-重工制造业和供给端-钢材生产企业的生产管理特性。同时,从成本角度构建价值逻辑,根据业务特性做车间级的业务协同流程再造,以核心指标控制作为抓手,并基于此搭建GMS产业互联平台做支撑和持续优化。以期达到以产业互联推进内循环,并以此支撑外循环拓展。
In the international economic environment dominated by national and regional protectionism,how to strengthen the integration of upstream and downstream of steel supply chain,improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain,form joint competitiveness for external competition,and boost digital industrialization with industrial digitization is an urgent issue to be studied and promoted.This paper describes the background and significance of the research,analyzes the composition of total holding cost of steel supply chain,and the production management characteristics of demand side heavy industry manufacturing and supply side steel production enterprises.At the same time,the value logic is constructed from the perspective of cost,and the workshop level business collaborative process reengineering is carried out according to the business characteristics.The core index controlling is taken as the starting point,and the GMS industrial interconnection platform is built for supporting and continuous optimization,in order to promote internal circulation and external circulation.
