浅谈冶金企业铁路运输设备备件管理

Discussion on Spare Parts Management of Railway TransportationEquipment in Metallurgical Enterprises

铁路运输设备具有专业性强、户外设备多、设备覆盖面广等特点,给设备备件的管理带来了一定难度。本文通过分析设备备件管理的现状,探讨如何通过信息化、数字化手段收集数据、建立分析模型,有效的获取设备运行情况,进而合理安排好备件采购、库存。通过加强设备备件的管理措施,提升备件管理水平,提高设备运行质量。

Railway transportation equipment has the characteristics of strong professionalism,more outdoor equipment and wide coverage,which brings some difficulties to the management of spare parts.This paper analyzes the current situation of spare parts management,discusses how to collect data and establish analysis model through information and digital methods,so as to effectively obtain equipment operation status and then reasonably arrange spare parts procurement and inventory.Through strengthening the management measures of spare parts,the management level is enhanced and the equipment operation quality is improved.
