Enterprise production site management is an important content in the process of production.Facing the current fierce market competition,in order to realize the standardized and orderly business model,enterprises must strengthen the implementation ability of production management on site,and carry out specific training for managers,so as to bring their ideology to the strategic height,to improve the management force,and to create a highly rigorous site management.Combined with the current situation of production site management of Sci.&Tec.and Quality Department,this paper analyzes the countermeasures and solutions of enterprise production site management.
