云南省康复专科联盟合作需求调查分析

Cooperation demands of Yunnan provincial rehabilitation specialist alliance

目的了解云南地区康复的发展现状以及联盟单位对区域专科联盟的不同需求。方法选取云贵区域康复联盟中127家云南省内医疗单位进行横断面调查研究,对医院及科室的基本信息和联盟单位加入区域联盟的合作需求进行问卷调查。结果在127家医疗单位中,53.54%的单位以西医为主要康复方式及拥有西医类特色技术;90%以上的单位设有康复门诊及康复住院部;67.72%的康复科床位数集中在20~60张。127家医疗单位中3072名康复相关医务人员,医生、护士、治疗师分别占比34.57%、41.37%、24.06%,医生、护士占比较高;学历集中在本科与专科,分别为50.16%与47.30%;职称初级为主,占比73.14%。不同级别医院对专科联盟建设主要需求不同,在三级、二级医院需求集中在基本及新型康复治疗技术的指导交流,医技护人员到上级医院进修、培训,科研实施进行指导、协助科研技术及相关课题开展;一级医院及私立医院需求集中在基本及新型康复治疗技术的指导交流,医技护人员到上级医院进修、培训,专家到院进行会诊、教学查房、疑难病例讨论,协助科室开展新型诊疗技术。结论为进一步推动康复医联体的建设,充分发挥各级医院在分层级、分阶段的康复医疗体系中的作用,需针对不同层级医院的不同需求开展针对性培训,通过培训提高不同岗位医务人员的医疗与科研能力。

Objective To investigate the current situations of rehabilitation development in Yunnan and the different needs from the allies of regional specialist alliances.Methods A cross-sectional survey to 127 medical units in Yunnan Province was carried out in Yunnan and Guizhou Regional Rehabilitation Alliance,and the basic information of hospitals and departments and the cooperation needs of allies to join the regional alliance were investigated.Results Of the 127 medical units,53.54%took western medicine as the main rehabilitation method and possessed the characteristic technology of western medicine;more than 90%had rehabilitation clinics and rehabilitation departments;67.72%had rehabilitation beds of 20~60.Of the 3072 rehabilitation-related staff from the 127 medical units,doctors,nurses,and therapists accounted for 34.57%,41.37%,and 24.06%,respectively,doctors and nurses taking up a higher rate.In view of education degrees,they were mainly at the undergraduate and collegiate levels,taking up 50.16%and 47.30%,respectively.In terms of the professional title,they were mainly at the primary degree,accounting for 73.14%.The main demand varied with different level hospitals:the demands of the second and third level hospitals were mainly for the guidance and communication of basic and new rehabilitation treatment technologies,continuing training for medical technicians to superior hospitals,guidance to the implementation of scientific research,assistant to scientific research and related topics.The first level hospitals and private hospitals focused their demands for the guidance and communication of basic and new rehabilitation treatment technologies,continuing training for medical technicians to higher level hospitals,consultations at the hospital,teaching rounds,discussion on difficult cases,and assistance to the department to develop new diagnostic techniques.Conclusion In order to further promote the construction of rehabilitation medical alliances and give full play to the role of hospitals at all levels in the layered and staged rehabilitation medical system,it is necessary to carry out targeted training according to the different needs of different levels of hospitals,and improve the medical and scientific research capabilities of medical staff in different positions through training.
