摘要
建立健全现代医院管理制度,推进健康中国建设,离不开公立医院的忠诚干净担当的中层干部队伍。科学规范选任中层干部,是组织工作的重点和难点。文章以广东省某三甲医院为例,全面剖析中层干部换届选任流程,总结提出公立医院中层干部换届选任标准化模式。
Without the help of those loyal,honest and responsible middle-level cadres of public hospitals,it is impossible to establish a hospital complete modern management system and promote the construction of healthy China.Considering this,the critical and difficult points at work are to select and appoint middle-level cadres with scientific and normative methods.Taking a top general hospital in Guangdong as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the procedure for selecting and appointing the middle-level cadres,concluding and proposing the standardized mode of it.
