摘要
在分析现有电梯层门基本结构的基础上,设计了一种基于滑块连杆机构的电梯层门联动机构,对电梯层门整体及各零件进行设计计算,根据GB7588—2003《电梯制造与安装安全规范》对层门机构的规定条件,借助SoildWorks软件进行仿真模拟.结果表明:层门机构各部件静应力均满足GB7588—2003《电梯制造与安装安全规范》所规定的技术要求.
Based on the analysis of the basic structure of the existing elevator landing door,this paper designs a kind of elevator landing door linkage mechanism based on the slider link mechanism.The whole elevator landing door and its parts are designed and calculated.According to GB7588—2003"safety code for elevator manufacturing and installation",the landing door mechanism is simulated by using the software of SolidWorks.The results show that the static stress of all components of the door mechanism can meet the technical requirements specified in GB7588—2003 safety code for elevator manufacturing and installation.
