摘要
【目的】研究药材党参外源污染真菌的组成及分析产毒真菌。【方法】采用平板稀释法分离党参表面外源真菌、形态特征和序列分析方法对菌株进行鉴定及高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术对产毒真菌进行检测。【结果】党参药材外源污染以曲霉Aspergillus为主,青霉Penicillium次之;曲霉属中主要是以塔宾曲霉A.tubingensis和烟曲霉A.fumigatus为优势菌,青霉主要是以橘青霉P.citrinum为优势菌。分离的外源污染真菌中共筛选出3株产毒真菌,均鉴定为黄曲霉A.flavus。黄曲霉GXDC1-5产生黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1),浓度为11.91 ng/m L;黄曲霉HBDC1-5中产生AFB1和AFB2,浓度分别为9.28和1.53 ng/m L;黄曲霉YNDC1-5产生AFB1、AFB2和AFG2,浓度分别为76.09、2.36和1.49 ng/m L。【结论】从党参的表面分离出了3株产黄曲霉毒素Aflatoxin的黄曲霉。
【Objective】The composition of surface fungi on Codonopsis pilosula(Franch.)Nannf and the analysis of toxin-producing fungi.【Method】Exogenous fungi of C.pilosula roots were separated by plate dilution method,the strains were identified by morphological charac-teristics and sequences analysis and the toxin-producing fungi were detected according to Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography-mass spectrometry.【Result】Aspergillus was the dominant population of contamination C.pilosula,with Penicillium following.A.tubingensis and A.fumigatus were the dominant fungi in Aspergillus,while P.citrinum was the dominant fungi in Penicillium.Three strains of toxin-produ-cing fungi were identified as A.flavus.A.flavus GXDC1-5 were detected which produced Aflatoxin B1,the concentrations of AFB1 were 11.91μg/mL,A.flavus HBDC1-5 produced Aflatoxin B1 and Aflatoxin B2,the concentrations of AFB1 and AFB2 were 9.28 and 1.53 ng/mL,respectively.A.flavus YNDC1-5 produced Aflatoxin B1,Aflatoxin B2 and Aflatoxin G2,the concentrations of AFB1,AFB2 and AFG2 were 76.09,2.36 and 1.49 ng/mL,respectively.【Conclusion】Three strains of A.flavus producing Aflatoxin were screened from the sur-face of Codonopsis pilosula.
