摘要
塑件壳体轻薄化的发展趋势给模具设计及成型工艺带来的难度越来越大,以电话座机底壳塑件为例,运用Moldflow软件工具,对塑件成型过程的填充、流动、冷却及翘曲变形进行模流分析,预见塑件在成型过程中可能存在的缺陷,以此为参考依据完成模具设计。结果表明,该方法能有效优化注射工艺参数及模具设计方案,把注射成型过程中产生的缺陷解决在设计阶段,提升设计效率,缩短模具开发周期,提高行业竞争力,为类似产品创新设计提供借鉴。
According to the development of plastic parts shell thinning,the die design and molding process are becoming more and more difficult.Moldflow 2015 software was used to simulate the flow,filling,cooling and warping of plastic parts for the telephone bottom shell.The results showed that this method could effectively optimize the injection parameters and mold design scheme,forecast the molding defects.And thus CAE analysis could improve the design efficiency,shorten the mold development cycle,promote the competitiveness of the industry,and provide a reference for mold design of similar products.
