乡村振兴背景下新乡贤文化发展现状及对策研究——以重庆永川区为例

Research on the Development Status and Countermeasures of New Xiangxian Culture under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Taking Yongchuan District,Chongqing,Sichuan as an Example

在乡村振兴战略背景下,新乡贤文化具有维护乡村和谐、创新乡村治理模式、促进乡村经济发展的引领作用。分析重庆永川区新乡贤文化建设现状,指出其建设过程中存在问题,针对性地提出创新发展机制、培育新乡贤、缩小城乡差距、建立多元化资金渠道等建议。

Based on the current situation of the cultural construction of new rural sages in Yongchuan District of Chongqing,this paper points out that there are some problems in the construction process,such as the imperfect development mechanism,the low recognition of new rural sages in the countryside,the hollowing out of the countryside,the lack of economic support and so on.It also puts forward some suggestions,such as innovating the development mechanism,cultivating new rural sages,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,and establishing diversified capital channels to the construction of new rural culture and the promotion of Rural Revitalization.
