大别山区华重楼栽培条件试验初报

Preliminary Report on Cultivation Conditions of Paris polyphylla in Dabie Mountains

[目的]解决大别山区人工栽培华重楼缺乏适用成熟技术的问题。[方法]对华重楼栽培期间的环境因素、栽培密度与深度等进行试验与分析。[结果]大别山区华重楼适宜生长的土壤湿度为50%~60%,适宜栽种深度为5 cm左右。[结论]根据植株生长年限,3年生以下植株适合的密度为15 cm×15 cm,4年生左右适合的密度为20 cm×20 cm,5年生以上适合的密度为30 cm×25 cm。

[Objective]To solve the problem of lack of suitable and mature techniques for artificial cultivation of Paris polyphylla in Dabie Mountain area.[Method]The environmental factors during the cultivation of P.polyphylla were monitored and analyzed.[Result]The suitable soil moisture was 50%~60%for the growth of P.polyphylla.The suitable planting depth was about 5 cm.[Conclusion]According to the growth years of plants,the suitable density for plants below 3-years-old was 15 cm×15 cm,for plants about 4-years-old was 20 cm×20 cm,and for plants over 5-years-old was 30 cm×25 cm.
