摘要
在成都市豇豆质量安全生产中引入CAQS-GAP体系,对豇豆生产过程中的组织管理、制度文件管理、生产技术要求、产品质量管理进行了规定,以实现成都市豇豆质量安全全程管控,规范化生产水平,保障成都市豇豆的质量安全和营养品质。
CAQS-GAP system was introduced into cowpea quality and safety production in Chengdu,and the organization management,system document management,production technical requirements and product quality management in cowpea production process were stipulated,so as to realize the whole process control of cowpea quality and safety in Chengdu,and ensure the quality and safety and nutritional quality of cowpea in Chengdu.
