摘要
齿轮是机械行业的基础零件,广泛的应用于机械各行各业。对于工业机器人行业,齿轮传动的应用跟传统行业却有着明显的差异,按传统机械设计手册推荐的方法设计的齿轮用在机器人上,大概率上会产生干涉而导致异响。结合实际工作经验,阐述机器人齿轮的使用需求,分析了机器人齿轮干涉原因、设计要点,及从设计上如何避免齿轮干涉。
Gears are the basic parts of the machinery industry and are widely used in various industries.For the industrial robot industry,the application of gear transmission is significantly different from that of the traditional industry.Gears designed according to the methods recommended in the traditional mechanical design manual are used in robots,and there is a high probability that interference will cause abnormal noise.Combined with working experience,the use requirements of robot gear was expounded,the causes of robot gear interference and design points were analyzed,and the interference of gears was avoided in design.
